dough: our favorite pizza dough (from this cookbook)
sauce: homemade pizza sauce (This is a good recipe if you don’t have one)
cheese: mozzarella and cheddar
toppings: Chorizo (1/4 lb, cook in a skillet prior to making the pizza), red bell pepper, cilantro, and scallions
special instructions: I waited to add the cilantro and scallions until pizza was almost done, (with about five minutes left in cooking time)
We bake our pizzas on a pizza stone at 415 degrees for about 20 minutes.
