I have had my craft room set up since September but I really need to make it more functional. I have 4 shelves up on the walls that I haven’t been using much at all. So I thought some fabric storage bins would fun and functional, plus I already had that cute sewing fabric.
Project: Love to sew fabric storage bin
Materials: 1/2 yard main fabric (Michael Miller Love to Sew)
1/2 yard coordinating fabric (teal chevron from Joann Fabric)
1/2 yard fusible interfacing (Pellon 809 decor bond)Time: 2 hours

I love to cook and bake, so an apron seemed like the perfect sewing project. These are so fun to make that I’ll be making my third Apron today! I designed my own pattern after reading a few tutorials, this one and this one were my favorite.
Project: Cute Kitchen Apron
3/4 yard main fabric (I used green and white dot fabric from Joann’s)
3/4 yard muslin or other lining fabric
1/4 yard accent fabric (I used a bright orange fabric from a local shop)
